What are the Conditions Required for Olive Oil to be Organic?
As Novavera, our most important mission is to produce healthy olive oil . The way to do this is through high-quality and organic production. We participate in international competitions by processing Turkey’s unique local olive varieties and contribute to the introduction of these varieties to olive oil lovers around the world. In this way, we support both the global recognition of our country’s valuable varieties and the protection of biodiversity .
In addition to quality, we also attach great importance to sustainability ; we produce organically and use sustainable resources in all our processes . Our aim is to protect and develop healthy and productive olive groves that we can leave as a legacy to future generations, with methods that respect the soil and nature.
What is EVOO World Ranking?
EVOO World Ranking evaluates the best olive oils and the best olive oil producers based on the results of 35 competitions in total, in which tens of thousands of producers from 40 different countries participated. Since all competitions, except those held online, participate in this evaluation, the best olive oils are included in this ranking.
